Intensive Anti-Racism Training= Using the Transformative Organizing Theory, Sonder provides a unique educational opportunity for mainstream audiences to participate in a II Part twelve week workshop series that will educate and provide effective tools to resolve real time racial inequities in the world.
Cultural Sensitivity Training = Sonder International offers cultural sensitivity training tailoring to the organizational needs that impact a business’ ability to provide culturally appropriate services to marginalized communities.
Therapeutic Equity= Sonder provides low cost mental health care to individuals of color who believe they have been negatively impacted due to trauma stemming from racial oppression (race based trauma), as well as cultural sensitivity trainings to mental health providers.

Phase II is an expansion of this national training. It is now time to discuss issues specific to LGBTQ Arkansans. Phase II is designed to teach LGBTQ Cultural Competency/Sensitivity to Arkansans working in all areas. The curriculum to be presented will address the particular nuances and challenges involved with LGBTQ equity in Arkansas.
